Strength Training

One-on-one coaching. Improve your form and technique with this skills development class. See some real change with muscle growth, development, definition, tone. Get a full body 1-hour workout, using equipment you have at home (for now since we are online). It is essential to build a proper foundation of correct movement patterns for safe bio-mechanics so we can develop your fitness program. 30-min Yoga for all

Drop in when you can and pay per session! Join me live online (zoom, google meet, etc) for 30min of a lovely yoga flow. What a great thing to add to a busy day to get grounded again, or to help cope with stress. For any level, even those just starting to dip their toes in yoga! Take a moment out of your day to breathe deep, stretch, strengthen, and improve balance. Reach out to me to schedule your own personal yoga session, or join my afternoon sessions at 1:30pm.

Bootcamp & Team training

Whether you are a CEO registering your teams for corporate training, to increase energy, productivity, and health for employees… or whether you are signing up with friends/family/coworkers/team-mates… there is strength in numbers! Experience the mental health benefits that both social connection and exercise provide.

Or as an individual join the classes currently running in 8-week increments (2x/week or 3x/week). Gain the benefits of full-body circuit training , with the motivation of a coach pushing you on. It’s a lot of fun!

Daily at 7:30am (30mins). Tuesday + Thursday + Friday at 10:30am (60mins). Tuesday + Thursday 6:00pm (30mins). OR SCHEDULE YOUR OWN TIMESLOT! Contact me for more info!
